Lip – smacking Italian dishes on the menu include Prawns, green peas and barley risotto; Roasted farm vegetables, walnut and quinoa risotto; Tender chicken supreme on homemade fettuccini with broccoli rabe; Potato and parmesan gnocchi with gorgonzola cream sauce and crisp bacon; Ricotta, pinenuts and fresh thyme ravioli tossed with extra virgin olive oil and garlic; Butternut squash and fresh fennel risotto; Spinach tortellini with mushroom cheese sauce.
