Lakshman Sagar, Raipur

Stay: This boutique Rajasthan hotel features 12 cottages (each one comes with its own splash pool) that are dotted across 32 acres. The main swimming pool, which has been hollowed out from rock, effortlessly blends desert and design.
Cause: While small quantities of vegetables and herbs are grown on the hotel’s organic farm, everything else is sourced from farms in the surrounding region. Owner Inderpal Singh Kochhar also works with farmers in the region to strengthen their infrastructure. Read more
